Once the menu is agreed upon, a price is set and a 40% deposit is due to hold the date for service. A full refund of the deposit is available if cancelled 15 days or more prior to the event date. Earlier then 15 days, 80% of the deposit is refundable. If canceled 7 days before the event, the deposit is forfeited.
